Week 19

March 8th, 2023 - March 14th, 2023

• On March 10th, 2023, BallanceBug make a Pull Request for Ballance Mod Loader. He add a new feature which allow user to pick the level index for loading custom map. He also fix a issue which was brought from the previous commit. This PR has already merged since 1 hour after opening this PR.
  • Previously, speedystoneball post a suggestion in #suggestion channel. He ask whether BML can avoid loading map into a random level index. Because the final score is related to level index and he like to use Level 7 for custom map playing. This is th reason why this PR was created.
  • BML related user package and SDK immediately published after this PR merged.
• On March 10th, 2023, the developer of Ballance Mod Loader Plus, doyaGu saw that BallanceBug still add features for the obsolete Ballance Mod Loader. He make some statements for the develop progress of his BMLPlus.
  • doyaGu add a new virtual function call OnConnect for BMLPlus. It will be called after OnLoad. This function resolve the freaking painful spot of BML developing. The emerge of this function allow developer to interacte with other mods when loading mods.
  • doyaGu also said that the new Mod Loader for BMLPlus has not been finished as expected because he wrote other projects recently. But he promise that a new version of BMLPlus will be published in the next few days. He also gives the structure of IMod of new BMLPLus.
