Level 13, also known as '''Speed''' or '''SuDu''', is a new level officially added a few months after Ballance was released (September 14, 2004), and it is a downloadable content (DLC). <ref>This generally refers to the content that needs to be purchased or downloaded for free after owning the main program of the game is an additional supplement to the game process. In other games, DLC usually does not change the core structure and gameplay mode of the game, but adds more map scenes, characters, levels, enemies, side stories, extra props.</ref>. It can be entered without clearing any of levels 1-12. It is the ''the only official level that has a level name instead of just a level number'', and the only '''official level that has an official Chinese name'''. It is also the most difficult level in [[original levels]] (but in the comprehensive evaluation of [[Ballance bar]] difficulty, it is only 2 stars; the other 12 levels are all 1 star).
